A property listing has a lot to show: the rooms, the layout, the setting and what makes the home worth a closer look.
For Jennifer’s August 2026 shoot in Craughwell, we brought those pieces together with ground and aerial photography, a combined property film, an agent-led vertical video and a measured 2D floor plan.
Photography: inside the home and above it
The ground photographs show the home’s principal rooms, giving viewers time to look at individual spaces and details. The kitchen and sitting room are two examples from the finished set.

Aerial views add the wider context. The elevated front view shows the home within its garden, while the overhead photograph brings the house, driveway and grounds into one frame.

The overhead view complements the interior photography with exterior context.
One property film, ground and aerial footage
The landscape film brings ground-level and aerial coverage together in one edit. It gives viewers a moving overview to watch alongside the photographs and floor plan.
The formats work together: photographs let someone pause on a room, while the film provides another way to explore the home and its setting.

Jennifer’s presentation for social channels
The vertical video features Jennifer presenting the property. It gives the social content a different format and introduces the agent handling the listing.
Alongside views of the home, viewers hear Jennifer’s introduction. This was a separate deliverable, made for vertical social viewing.

A measured floor plan for the layout
The measured 2D floor plan provides a reference for the room arrangement and dimensions across both levels. It helps viewers connect the spaces shown in the photographs and film.
